We have a ticket system and we don't know whether to use it or not.
Let's give it a kick with a mailing list for changes. Unfortunately I cannot do this task.

A mail is now sent to tickets@… a mailing list where we can subscribe. Mails are sent.
It maybe needs some fiddling or minor changes to satisfy our high standards, but it works for me.

After migrating to our new server, the list address has changed to tickets@…

Ticket changes are now shown in the Timeline. Of course this is only a start. I'll look into it.
