Change SSL certificate to orxonox.net

Description

This must be done after the DNS entries have been updated to point to the new server.

Then, we just need to issue: 

./certbot-auto --apache certonly

And choose the orxonox.net domains for which we want to have the certificate.

We should also configure the auto renewal of these certificates, following wiki:IT/LetsEncrypt

Moreover, several configurations will require some modifications to point to these new .net certificates, such as: 

/etc/apache2/sites-available/lists.orxonox_secure.conf
/etc/apache2/sites-available/orxonox_secure.conf
/etc/apache2/sites-available/svn.orxonox_secure.conf
