The Trac_Ini_Admin_Panel_Plugin was installed. The trunk/ code was giving an error due to Babel not installed. We did not install Babel, since the Orxonox site is not intended to work in different languages. Therefore, the beta version of the plugin had to be installed, and works just as fine.
