Description
As an admin, I want a protected section in the wiki which is not visible for the public where we can document our IT infrastructure and other important stuff.

The private-wiki-plugin was installed: (https://trac-hacks.org/wiki/PrivateWikiPlugin)
The private sections can be defined in trac.ini under [privatewikis]. The corresponding access permissions can be given to the LDAP groups in the Admin panel.
For each private wiki section, two permissions are created: PRIVATE_VIEW_FOO and PRIVATE_EDIT_FOO
