- Started working on cleaning up the GameState mess
- Cleaned out GUIManager
- Renamed GSGUI to GSMainMenu
- "—state blah" has been changed to —server, —client, —standalone, —dedicated
- —console starts the game in the console (no level loading there yet, but "loadMenu")
- adjusted run scripts
