    3535  1. extract the [http://svn.orxonox.ethz.ch/webdev/develop/win32/dev/toMinGW.rar toMinGW.rar] to mingw.
     36  1. GTK is kepts externally, as it is not a main dependency. But you can install it [http://svn.orxonox.ethz.ch/webdev/develop/win32/dev/gtk+-2.6.7.rar here] and then just extract in into mingw
    3637  1. optionally you can always download the [http://svn.orxonox.ethz.ch/webdev/develop/win32/runtime/ runtime] libraries
