Improve and clean logging system

Description

Sort out the log folder (/var/log). Currently there are logs with very long rotations that pile up there.

Also some log files are huge! Maybe we should consider setting the verbosity of some applications a bit lower!

  1. Added log rotation under /var/log/apache2/orxonox/*
  2. Cleaned compressed logs from older than a year ago, which correspond to previous logrotate configurations
  3. Added sql and imap log files to roundcube log rotation
