We need to call process_requestqueue[] when finishing a first recovery
[upon joining the lockspace]. Although rare, its possible to get dir
lookups from other nodes prior to our own finish. These need to be
taken off the requestqueue and processed. Hung gfs mounts are one
evidence of this bug.
