even though you now fence nodes by their cluster name, not their IP address,
fence_gnbd still needed an ipaddr parameter, and the man page still said
that you should use hostname or IP address. ipaddr is now deprecated, and
a warning is printed when its used. The new parameter is nodename. The
man page was also updated.
