Tolua++ v1.0.92 (generator application only) with changes:

- Exception handling by CEGUI team
- Corrected all indentation by Orxonox
- Added more command line arguments by Orxonox
- Several small changes considering the output files by Orxonox

The changes to the C source files are stored in changes_orxonox.diff
